What is the difference between the Eco Pro and ABS Premium lines?
Both lines are built for commercial use, but from different materials for different budgets and aesthetics.
- Eco Pro — impact-resistant polypropylene. Lightweight, flexible, engineered to absorb impact rather than crack. Commercial-grade performance at an economical price point.
- ABS Premium — heavy-duty ABS plastic with a sleek matte finish and scratch-resistant textured surface. Built for upscale facilities that demand both durability and a refined look.
What is the Ebba line?
Ebba is Oval's exclusive soap dispenser series. Unlike most commercial soap dispensers that use cheaper plastic for the internal tank, Ebba is built entirely from ABS plastic — tank included — making it significantly more impact-resistant and longer-lasting.
What are restroom kits?
Restroom kits are matched 3-piece sets — one toilet paper dispenser, one paper towel dispenser, and one soap dispenser — sold together for facilities that want a complete, cohesive restroom solution in a single purchase. All three units share the same design line and finish.
What is O-Shock™ technology?
O-Shock™ is Oval's proprietary impact resistance system, engineered into every dispenser we manufacture. Standard commercial dispensers are made from rigid materials that crack or shatter under the stress of high-traffic environments. Compatibility & Installation
What brands of paper towels, toilet paper, or soap are compatible?
All Oval dispensers are brand-agnostic — no proprietary refills required. Paper towel dispensers accept standard Z-fold and multifold sheets. Toilet paper dispensers accept any brand of single or double-ply jumbo roll. Soap dispensers work with any bulk liquid soap, antibacterial gel, or shampoo.
Is installation hardware included?
Yes. Every Oval dispenser ships with wall-mount hardware included — screws and anchors. No additional hardware purchase required.
Do Oval dispensers require batteries or electricity?
No. All Oval dispensers are fully manual and require no batteries, electrical connection, or sensors. Nothing to fail, nothing to replace.

What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity for standard purchases. Volume pricing begins at 10 units — see the tiers below.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically when you purchase 10 or more units of any dispenser:
- 10–49 units: 10% off
- 50–99 units: 15% off
- 100+ units: 20% off

Oval dispensers are engineered and manufactured by OVALCOM S.A. de C.V. in Guadalajara, Mexico. OVALCOM has been manufacturing professional restroom dispensers for over a decade and is recognized as the number one dispenser brand in the Mexican market.
What is USMCA and how does it affect pricing?
USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement) is the trade agreement that replaced NAFTA. Because Oval dispensers are manufactured in Mexico and qualify under USMCA, they enter the United States duty-free. That cost advantage is passed directly to our customers — which is how we deliver commercial-grade equipment at 20–40% below comparable imported alternatives.

Warranty & Support
What is the warranty?
Oval dispensers are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and failures under normal commercial use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, physical abuse, vandalism, or improper installation.
